The #JMOdailies: 40 Uplifting Articles On My Quarantine Reading List

By Jennifer Morrison

My goal with the morning care package newsletters was to uplift my family and friends during the first 40 days of Quarantine. I was well aware of how much negative news was overwhelming all of us. Each morning I would search for an uplifting article as well as an encouraging health-related article to share with everyone. Here are the highlights from our Quarantine reading.

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy,
a quickening, that is translated through you into action,
and because there is only one of you in all of time,
this expression is unique. And if you block it,
it will never exist through any other medium and will be lost.”
